G & A’s Gift Shop

G & A’s Gift Shop is named for locals and longtime friends Gary Trovinger and Albert Senzatimore, who met while Al was earning his pilot’s license. His flight instructor Gary became a pilot after earning his BS in aeronautics from San Jose State University and flew commercial airlines for more than 30 years.

Gary also owned and operated Scatterings, which conducted aerial releases of cremated remains. Al, an IBEW member, worked as a foreman electrician and volunteered at Santa Clara Historical Railroad Society and Niles Canyon Railway. Both men shared a passion for outdoor sports and local history.

Gary’s wife Linda contributed to the creation of this gift shop in memory of Gary and Al.
