Swift Justice is a story of murder, vengeance and hope. Based on the true-crime book by Harry Farrell, this world premiere play by Tom McEnery focuses on the 1933 kidnap and murder of San Jose native Brooke Hart, heir to the Hart family fortune, and the subsequent mob rule lynching of suspected murderers in St. James’ Park.
